BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING
I track my blood pressure frequently. The Omron Evolv provides a wireless design, one-piece large cuff, and app tracking make monitoring effortless. Clinically validated accuracy—the same brand doctors use. Here’s a couple recommendations. You want a quality device. Greater Goods is a decent starter monitor, Omron is good quality.
